REFUSED DELIVERY

Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges.

RUSH DELIVERY

Please contact support@oldsoulcraft.com for options. We do our best to keep all items in stock but certain items do sell out and may not be available for rush delivery. Items ineligible for rush delivery or expedited shipping include items labeled 'Pre-Order', and 'Pre-Sale'.  

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We are happy to ship packages internationally, including in Canada, Mexico, Australia and overseas. All international sales are FINAL SALES.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY AND PROCESSING

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately,  OldSoulCraft has no control over these shipping carrier delays. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact the shipping carrier for more information. 

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package:
Contact your courier directly to confirm delivery (e.g., porch drop-off, locker, or neighbor). We’re not liable for "delivered" packages lost after carrier confirmation.
